Rebornn Women Care Clinic & Integrated Fertility Center respects your right to request deletion of eligible personal information associated with our website, WhatsApp enquiry system or digital services.
How to Request Deletion

Please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant record, such as:
- Your name.
- Mobile number used to contact Rebornn.
- Email address, if applicable.
- A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your personal data.
Do not send additional medical reports simply to make a deletion request.
Verification
For security and privacy, Rebornn may need to verify that the person requesting deletion is the person to whom the information relates.
We will not intentionally disclose personal information to an unverified third party.
What Happens After Your Request
After a valid request is received, Rebornn will review the information associated with the request and delete, anonymise or restrict eligible information in accordance with applicable law and operational requirements.
Some information may need to be retained where required for:
- Legal or regulatory obligations.
- Medical-record requirements.
- Accounting or taxation requirements.
- Dispute resolution.
- Fraud or security prevention.
- Other lawful purposes.
Where information must be retained, it will not be used for unrelated marketing purposes merely because a deletion request was made.
WhatsApp and Other Third Parties
Deleting information from Rebornn's own systems does not necessarily delete information independently retained by WhatsApp, Meta or another third-party service.
Such information is governed by the relevant third party's privacy and retention policies.
Confirmation
Where appropriate, Rebornn will confirm when an eligible deletion request has been processed.
