This practical guide helps you prepare for a visit to Rebornn Women Care Clinic. You can book whether you have an existing PCOS/PCOD diagnosis, questions about your menstrual cycle or plans for pregnancy. You do not need to be trying to conceive to seek a consultation.

Bring what you already have
- Previous prescriptions and consultation notes.
- Available blood-test results and ultrasound reports.
- A list of current medicines, supplements and Ayurvedic products, with doses if known.
- Your recent period dates or cycle-tracking notes, if available.
- A short list of the concerns and questions you most want to discuss.
You do not need to arrange a new set of tests yourself before booking. Bring existing records and discuss any need for further assessment with the doctor. Contact the clinic if you are unsure what to carry.
What happens during the visit?
Your consultation begins with your history and goals. Dr. Mayuri Ramkrushna Gondhane can review your existing records, discuss your current concerns and explain personalised Ayurvedic supportive-care options, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and appropriate next steps.
Tell the doctor about other clinicians involved in your care. Continue prescribed treatment unless your prescriber advises a change, and discuss any proposed complementary medicines or therapies with your treating clinicians.

There is no single follow-up schedule or package that suits everyone. Ask for clarity about any proposed next steps before deciding.
Consultation fee and appointments
The consultation fee is ₹500 for approximately 20 minutes. This covers consultation only; ask about any additional costs before starting further care.
Appointments are available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, every day except Thursday. Consultations are available in Marathi, Hindi and English. Call or WhatsApp 8983418585 with your preferred date and time; the clinic team will confirm availability.
